Regina is a 35 year veteran with experience in building award-winning marketing campaigns and investment projects in the tourism sector. Regina supports on tourism strategy and tourism planning projects, lending her expertise with heritage and urban tourism development, planning, architecture and local community development.
Yasha is an economist, economic development and tourism expert with experience in economic data analysis, statistical data analysis and competitiveness studies. Yasha works with our Destination Development team on research studies, tourism master plans and opportunity studies.
Charlotte is Trove’s Strategy & Projects Manager, working across the business on client delivery, content development and business development. Charlotte’s extensive background in tourism, travel and marketing lends itself well to all of our clients around the world.
Jenna Cohen is Trove's Admin and Production Assistant, supporting operations, pre-production planning for our destination marketing work, and overall administrative tasks for our New York and London based teams.
Matthew is Trove’s Creative Director. He cut his teeth at agencies, working on a broad range of accounts including Best Western, Baha Mar and Citi/AA. He is a certified design master with an MFA from School of Visual Arts. He wears many creative hats, and is alarmingly good at geography.

Hallie Milstein is Trove’s Content & Marketing Associate. Hallie brings years of experience in travel and tourism writing for B2C and B2B audiences and supports Trove across its projects in social and website content development, copywriting and collateral development.
