How do you generate more efficient tourism strategy workshops?

How do you develop a better understanding of your market segment or audience?

Trove’s Branding Strategy team has performed countless market segmentations for tourism agencies. Creating an accurate market segmentation for a destination is complex and requires the right toolset.

TroveTraveler provides the right data and ethnographic research to help tourism authorities and DMOs better understand their target market(s). Whether it be diving deeper into their specific attitudes or preferences, travel behaviors, or even identifying who they should target in the first place, we have the right tools to get this done quickly. TroveTraveler harnesses the power of real human insight and global market data to help you pressure test strategy, guide decision making, or evaluate effectiveness of on-going efforts.

How do you match the right influencer program with your destination?

Trove couples its Online Marketing & Social Media consulting services as well as its social media networks for TroveInfluence, a match-making tool for destinations looking to amplify a marketing campaign, brand, or new attraction.

TroveInfluence enables DMOs and tourism authorities to identify and mobilize social influencers for impactful destination marketing. Your team will get access to a proprietary matching tool that taps into Trove’s vast network of influencer relationships. Also included is on-going social media analytics and regular performance data to monitor impact of the engagement.

How do you more effectively collect and analyze tourism sentiment data?

Trove’s Visitor Experience Design team intimately understands that sentiment data is key to gauging visitor experience in real time. TroveSentiment is a cutting-edge sentiment analysis tool that leverages machine learning and natural language processing techniques to clean, analyze and group massive amounts of social data. It provides a new stream of real-time and historic data, mining critical social channels for rich insights including TripAdvisor, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, and other travel forums. Processing the same volume data would take 10x as long manually.

How do you gather deeper insights on trends related to your destination?

TroveTrends consolidates all relevant insights - visitor, sales, paid marketing, spend, sentiment, web, social, survey and other forms of data - and provides a single, dashboard view of relevant metrics related to the specific destination. Our Insights & Analytics team also provide tactical recommendations based on the insights so that teams and executives to inform strategy rather than shifting through raw data or endless charts.
